Michael Keating
Executive Director
Email: mkeating@nbanh.comMr. Michael H. Keating, B.B.A, LL.B, was appointed Executive Director of the Association in June 2009.
Since September 2006, Mr. Keating has served as the Director of Labour Relations for the Association. During that time he has had the opportunity to provide support and counsel to the board and staff of our member nursing homes. He was appointed to Interim Executive Director in February 2009.
He is a retired member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and subsequent to his retirement from the RCMP in 1997, he practiced law privately in Fredericton, where he concentrated on employment and labour, mediation and police law. He was called upon to perform numerous investigations, arbitrations, mediations, fact finding, work environment assessments and the design of conflict management systems.
Mr. Keating was also the chair of the Education Act Appeals Board for a period of five years. He brings compassion, dedication and a caring approach to the residents of our nursing homes and a wealth of experience in management and labour relations to the member homes.

Jodi Hall
Director of Operations
Email: jhall@nbanh.comMrs. Jodi Hall started working for the Association in October of 2010.
She grew up in Fredericton, graduating from Fredericton High School. She completed the LPN program, with her first job in a nursing home. She went on to work on a medical/palliative unit at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital until Jody accepted the position of Education and Practice Consultant with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
During this time with the ANBLPN, she completed a BEd in Adult Education from the University of New Brunswick, and a Master of Health Studies with a major in Leadership from Athabasca University.
Before joining the Association, she was employed as the Administrator at Orchard View Long Term Care since 2007.

Donald Boudreau
Labour Relations Lawyer
Email: donald@leboudreau.caMr. Donald Boudreau started working at the Association in July 2007.
Donald holds a law degree and an MBA from the Université de Moncton. He also attended seminars on accounting at the CGA program, in commerce at the Université de Moncton as well as horticulture at Université Laval. Donald is also registered at the École Andolfo in Milan, where he is perfecting his knowledge of Bonsaï art.

Mélanie Eva
Administrative assistant
Email: melanie@nbanh.comMrs. Mélanie Eva is from Fredericton and graduated from École Sainte-Anne. She then pursued language classes at Saint Thomas University in Fredericton and is now enrolled in the Business Administration Certificate at UNB. Melanie has been employed with the Association since September 2009 as Executive Assistant and Accouting Clerk.

Justin Wies Lawyer and Human Ressources Consultant Email: jwies@nbanh.com
Justin Wies joined the Association in August of 2011 after being called to the Law Society of New Brunswick in June, 2011.
Originally from Halifax, Justin attended Leo Hayes High School on Fredericton’s Northside before attaining two degrees from the University of New Brunswick, a Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary leadership from Renaissance College and an L.L.B. from the faculty of Law. After graduating, Justin worked at the law firm of Stewart McKelvey before joining the Association.
Justin is actively involved in the New Brunswick community, having served on the New Brunswick Advisory Council on Youth, officiating minor hockey, and currently volunteering as the VP Finance of the Fredericton Legal Advice Clinic and as a coach for the Leo Hayes Junior Varsity football program.
